Booking & Payment
All Reiki sessions with Yōsei Healing 妖精, facilitated by Gabrielle Spooner, must be booked in advance via email at yōsei.healing@gmail.com. Payment is required at least 48 hours before your appointment to secure your session.

Cancellations

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice via email.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be non-refundable, at the discretion of Gabrielle Spooner.

• Sessions missed without notice are non-refundable.

• International clients should consider time zone differences when notifying of cancellations.

Refunds

• Payments for Reiki sessions are refundable if the session is cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• If a session is cancelled due to Gabrielle Spooner’s unavailability (e.g., illness or emergency), you will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative appointment.

• Refunds are processed via the original payment method, within 7–14 days, and may take longer for international banking transactions.

Online Sessions

• Online Reiki sessions follow the same cancellation and refund terms as in-person sessions.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection for online sessions. Yōsei Healing 妖精 is not responsible for interruptions caused by client-side technical issues.

Important Note
Reiki is a complementary, energy-based healing practice and is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. Refunds apply only to the session itself, and each person’s experience may differ.
