1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Yōsei Healing 妖精, facilitated by Gabrielle Spooner. By booking or attending a session, you agree to these terms.

2. Booking & Payment

  • All Reiki sessions must be booked in advance via email at yōsei.healing@gmail.com

  • Payment is required at least 48 hours before your appointment to secure your session.

  • Bookings are confirmed once payment is received.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice via email.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be non-refundable, at the discretion of Gabrielle Spooner.

  • Sessions missed without notice are non-refundable.

  • Refunds only apply to session fees and are processed via the original payment method within 7–14 days.

  • If a session is cancelled due to Gabrielle Spooner’s unavailability, you will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative appointment.

4. Online Sessions

  • Online sessions follow the same cancellation and refund policies as in-person sessions.

  • Clients are responsible for a stable internet connection. Yōsei Healing 妖精 is not responsible for interruptions caused by client-side technical issues.

  • International clients may need to consider time zone differences and currency conversions.

5. Health & Safety Disclaimer

  • Reiki is a complementary, energy-based healing practice and is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

  • You are responsible for consulting your healthcare provider regarding any condition or symptoms.

  • Yōsei Healing 妖精 cannot be held liable for any outcomes, experiences, or physical or emotional reactions during or after a session.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals may reduce session time.

  • Provide accurate personal information and disclose any relevant health conditions.

  • Follow any guidance provided during or after sessions to support your wellbeing.

7. Acceptable Use

  • You agree to use the Yōsei Healing 妖精 website and services responsibly and respectfully.

  • You may not engage in illegal activity, harass others, or misuse the website content.

  • Yōsei Healing 妖精 reserves the right to refuse service or block access for inappropriate use.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Yōsei Healing 妖精 website, including text, images, and resources, is the property of Gabrielle Spooner unless stated otherwise.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use content without explicit permission.

  • By booking a session, you agree that any disputes will be resolved under these laws.

  • These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time.

  • Continued use of Yōsei Healing 妖精 services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
